When Phil Dumontet moved to Boulder, Colorado in 2017, he was surprised to see that the outdoor sport mecca of the country didn’t have a signature city marathon. Sensing an opportunity, he spent the next four years working to create Boulderthon — the ultimate downtown marathon experience that the city deserves.
Since debuting in 2021, Boulderthon has seen incredible success with thousands of participants from 50 states and 15 countries. It was also named one of the top half-marathons in the US and one of the most beautiful half-marathons in the world.
Now, after doubling its participant cap for its upcoming third edition, we’re proud to announce that Boulderthon is partnering with Easol to fuel its growth.
