How do I set up my new plan?

After you've set up your Easol account, go to Settings > Plan and Billing and select your preferred subscription plan. Don't have an account yet? Book a demo to get started.

Is there a set-up fee?

Nope! There are no set-up fees on any of our Easol plans.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

If you're not sure which plan to choose, please get in touch at support@easol.com and our team will help identify the best plan for your experience business.

How much does Easol cost?

We have different pricing plan options, structured to best meet you where you're at. Each plan is designed to help you grow your experience business so that you're in full control of your own sales and revenue. Learn more about Easol's payment plans on our pricing page.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

All subscription plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan.

When will I be paid?

You will receive payments minus fees weekly to your bank.

What payment methods are supported and how much do they cost?

Customers can pay with standard credit or debit cards, premium cards (such as American Express, Discover, Mastercard Elite or Visa Infinite), and other methods listed in our Feature Set above. You can choose which types of card transactions to allow and turn off those that don’t work for you (note Mastercard & Visa cards and cross-border transactions can’t be switched off).

If you're on a Stride plan, premium card transactions are charged at 4% + 30c.

What counts as a cross-border transaction?

This will apply when your settlement currency differs from the currency the customer pays in. Note Easol will treat the UK and EU as a single region, so if for example you settle in GBP and a payment is made in Euros, no cross-border fees apply.

There are other edge cases where cross-border fees will apply (effectively where the settlement currency, transaction currency and the currency associated with the card’s issuing country don’t overlap - you can find more detail about this here).
