Can all Easol creators get help from Support?

Yes! Support is available to all creators on Easol.

What's the difference between Creator Support and Account Management?

Creator Support is for all creators, while we only provide support from a dedicated Account Manager for larger creators.

If I want more hands-on support, what should I do?

We just ask that you give your Success team a heads up so we can help troubleshoot and schedule a call if needed.

I haven't heard back, what should I do?

Our team is on it and will get back to you, though we do address requests by priority level so some requests may take longer than others.

What's the best way to get in touch?

Account-managed creators should email their dedicated reps, while all other creators can either emailing support or submit a request via the Help Centre.

What other resources are available to me?

The Help Centre is the best resource for learning more about the product and getting your questions answered. We also have Creator Academy, which includes guides and advice for creators on how to get started and make the most of the Easol platform.
