Last month, hundreds of experience creators from around the world tuned in to our biggest ever event – the Easol Showcase. It was an opportunity for creators and businesses to:
Learn more about the Easol story from our Founders and get an introduction to experience commerce
Hear stories from some of our earliest creators about how Easol has helped them grow their experience business
See product demos and also get the insights from our experience economy trend report 'Better Days Are Coming'.
Missed out on the party? Don’t worry, you can watch the recorded stream here!
The story of Easol
In 2014, Ben and Lisa co-created Rise – Europe’s leading snow sports and music festival with 5000 attendees, and Beyond Adventures, a series of adventure parties in remote locations like the Sahara desert and the Swedish archipelago.
Now they're building Easol as the dream platform they would have wanted for their own experience business and so much more! Watch the showcase for their full story or read more here.
Proven tactics from our community
Today, Easol powers experience creators across 79 countries. We heard from our global community of experience creators from the worlds of wellness, adventure tours, festivals as they share their own stories and tips on how to not just navigate the challenges we face but actually how your business can thrive despite challenging times.
Experience economy trends
We released our first in a series of trend reports, 'Better Days Are Coming – how the world is going to travel in 2021 and beyond', where we conducted a survey with 3000 consumers globally on how they want to travel in 2021 and beyond. Get all the key insights and read interviews with our global community of experience creators on how to thrive and adapt your experience business in challenging times. The new way to sell experiences online
Chances are, you're currently using one or more of these options to sell and manage your experience business:
Traditional E-Commerce Platforms, such as Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, WIX
Booking Tools, such as Fareharbour, Peek, Retreat Guru, Eventbrite, Booking Layer, Festicket
Experience Marketplaces, such as Airbnb, booking.com, bookyogaretreats
Chances are also that whichever one of those you are using, you are biting your knuckles in frustration due to unnecessary loss of revenue, manual work and your brand’s consistency.
That’s because none of these solutions were actually made with experience creators (that’s you!) in mind.
At the Easol Showcase, we revealed the new way to sell experiences online. We call it Experience Commerce. It’s everything you’ve ever needed to create the experience business of your dreams – along with even more tools you didn’t know you needed.
Watch the Easol Showcase now to see how it all works.
