We have different pricing plan options, structured to best meet you where you’re at and help you to achieve your goals. Each plan is tailored to your needs, and is a combination of subscription, payment processing and transaction fees.
At Easol, our goal is to provide a platform that creators love for the long term, but we don’t believe in locking you into long-term commitments. Plans can be paid monthly or annually.
You will receive payment weekly in arrears on Fridays. Fees are deducted prior to disbursement, as agreed in your service agreement.
Easol Pay, our custom-built payment stack, covers all the payment types your customers need. From all card types to local payment solutions, and payment in full to deposits and payment plans, you’re in control of which payment methods and solutions to accept.
Easol is the all-in-one platform to help you sell your experiences and run your business, on your terms. Easol subscription fees provide you with access to our website builder, content management system, hosting, CRM, and all selling, booking, ticketing, communication, and back of house management capabilities within the platform. All creators are also provided with onboarding, training, and ongoing customer support.
Easol charges a payment processing fee alongside a transaction fee. These fees are agreed when you move onto the platform and are a fixed percentage of the revenue you process through the platform. These fees are outlined in your weekly statement and can also be looked up in our reporting suite. Fees are automatically deducted from weekly payments.

Every creator that joins Easol is assigned a dedicated implementation manager. Your implementation manager will show you how to use the platform, from setting up your first experience to using the website builder, and other key areas of the platform. We will support you to ensure that everything is set up accurately before you go live. All onboarding plans are tailored to your needs to help you get the most out of the platform. Our team will guide you step by step – from refining sales techniques to planning launch activities – ensuring you are set up for maximum success.
Creators who join Easol can be up and running in as little as 24-48 hours. Exact timelines will vary depending on the unique needs of your business.
Easol is designed as an all-in-one platform that removes the need to stitch together many different systems. However, we recognise that you may wish to use additional tools that cover additional business needs. During the demo process, our Experience Experts will discuss your integration needs and advise on the best approach.
If you choose to cancel, your website code remains your own and the team can help export this.
